Photographs in war is a book that traces the history of war photography, war reporting and the use of the camera as a new means of informing the population and a new medium that can be incorporated into the written press.
This work is also thought as a reflection on the photographer's gaze and his position towards the image, torn between objectivity and subjectivity in front of the scene he captures.
From the middle of the 19th century to the current theater of war, iconic and unpublished photos are presented in this book.
