Nouvelle objectivité

This book presents the advent of the current known as "new objectivity" which developed in Germany during the inter-war period while in France surrealism was developing. All the great artists of this movement are represented here, Otto Dix, Gert Wollheim, Heinrich Jost or Karl Hubbuch. Accompanied by beautiful reproductions, all the currents within the new objectivity are presented with also an important part left to Dadaism and photomontage.
