Piero Manzoni. Achrome

Piero Manzoni is a genius. This Italian artist, who died at the age of only 29, implemented a revolutionary practice of the very absence of color, going beyond monochromy. This book is the first dedicated to this practice, orchestrated by a major artistic figure of the 1950s-60s. The Achromes are works made of pleated canvas, hydrophilic cotton, synthetic fur, polystyrene balls... everyday materials whose inner flow the artist reveals.
